Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping)

EFT Tapping is a gentle technique that uses acupressure points to help calm the nervous system and reduce emotional distress. It can support emotional healing, release limiting beliefs, and promote a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. EFT is suitable for adults, children, and young people.

Sessions are collaborative, personally scripted, and paced to suit you. You remain fully in control throughout, and EFT can be used as a stand-alone approach or integrated with person-centred counselling.
