Welcome
Inspired by the Boab tree—the Tree of Life—I offer a grounded, non-judgemental approach that blends modern psychology with ancient wisdom to support growth, wellbeing, and meaningful change.
My sessions are client-centred and recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and that with gentle guidance and the right supportive space, meaningful change is possible.
Sessions are offered online from the comfort of your own home, providing a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
How I Can Help
I offer integrative support tailored to your individual needs, drawing on the following approaches:
Person-Centred Counselling
A safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This approach supports you to process the past, understand present challenges, and move towards your goals with greater clarity and confidence.
Supports include:
Anxiety and depression • Grief and loss • Low self-esteem • Work-related stress • Relationship difficulties • Alcohol and drug dependence • Burnout and overwhelm
EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
A gentle, evidence-informed technique that uses acupressure points to help calm the nervous system and reduce emotional distress. EFT can support emotional healing, release limiting beliefs, and promote balance and wellbeing.
Sessions are collaborative, personally scripted, and paced to suit you. EFT can be used as a stand-alone approach or integrated alongside counselling.
Reiki Energy Healing
A gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Reiki helps calm the nervous system and supports the body’s natural ability to restore emotional, physical, and energetic balance.
Reiki Energy Healing is not limited by time or location and can be received from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are calm, supportive, and always client-led.
Mindfulness and Meditation Coaching
I strongly believe that prevention is better than cure, and that mindfulness and meditation are powerful antidotes to the many stressors of modern life. These practices are gently woven into sessions and supported with psycho-education to help you recognise unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and develop a growth mindset.
Who I Work With
I work inclusively with people of all ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations, and backgrounds. Support is available for adults, children, and young people.
